Eye of the Wolf

I didn't enjoy this book and felt very disappointed by it. I struggle to remember what happened in the story. I kept feeling that the story was going to open up and become more exciting. I shan't be recommending it to anyone and really hope the next book that is recommended will be more to my taste.

I enjoyed most of this book and finished it in one sitting. I was keen to learn about the wolf's life and how the child was able to communicate with it but slightly disappointed with the ending that seemed too convienient. The author seemd to have run out of ideas as to how to end the story.

Anyway, not a great book but a good book. We all have our own opinions; I'm sure some people would disagree with my views on David Almond's Fire-eaters which I found a real struggle. I found it so poor I could not bring myself to read any other of his books.
